Liposuction
Liposuction is performed when people are unable to get rid of certain areas of fat despite dieting and sport. This procedure can be performed for both men and women. Indeed, it is important to know that an abdominoplasty becomes a much heavier surgery if you are overweight. This operation does not aim at losing weight. Abdominal surgery acts on stretchy and distended skin, a slackened abdominal wall and localized fatty deposits on the stomach. There will be a risk of secondary skin loosening if weight loss occurs after tummy tuck surgery.

From this, the best and most appropriate breast prosthesis for the patient is chosen. Thanks to this procedure, the breast will be firmer, lifted and rounded, which will make our patients happy. Other mammoplasty or breast surgery procedures in Türkiye can be offered depending on the patient's wishes, such as breast reduction to reduce the volume of your breasts, mastopexy, i.e. breast lift to correct breast ptosis (sagging breasts) by removing the excess skin to lift the breasts, but the most common procedure is breast augmentation in Türkiye for a firmer and fuller breast with the placement of cohesive silicone gel breast implants in a round or anatomical shape. This procedure does not correct sagging breasts, for which an additional breast lift will be required if necessary.

However, hyaluronic acid injections can help treat a problem of premature ejaculation.Two options are available to the patient: lengthening or thickening.Lengthening consists of freeing the attachments from the pubis to the penis by cutting the ligament that connects them. The thickening technique aims at reinjecting fat taken from a donor area of the patient: thighs, belly, into the penis. The average gain in circumference is 3 cm to 4 cm depending on the patient's desire and the available fat.
