We are here to facilitate your procedures with health institutions, as language and cultural barriers can be a hindrance. By choosing our agency you will leave with peace of mind and confidence. You will be taken care of from your arrival at the airport until your return. Everything will be organised for you down to the last detail and you will be assisted by a French-speaking nurse throughout your stay. After your return, a post-operative check-up will be set up to monitor the progress of your recovery and to prevent any complications.
Why choose Shalamar aesthetics
We collaborate with several private health groups in various fields of medicine, in which renowned doctors, health professionals and surgeons are involved. These expert teams have been trained in the latest treatment techniques in the best medical centres. Some of these clinics are mainly dedicated to an international clientele with a service able to communicate with our patients in Arabic, German, English, Azerbaijani, French, Spanish, Romanian, Dutch, Turkish and Russian. Their locations are privileged in terms of transport, airport transfers and other facilities.
Within these clinics you will find the majority of departments such as aesthetic medicine and dermatology, aesthetic and plastic surgery, a fully equipped and modern dental clinic. You will also find special units for hair transplantation using the latest techniques and units designed for laser eye surgery. To combat obesity in overweight people, we have surgeons who specialise in gastrectomies called "Sleeve".The prices of the various operations that you will find on the offer you will receive, are set by our partner clinics and not by the agency. We are paid by our partners and we do not add any extra commission to the prices indicated.

You are asked not to swim or bathe (only shower) for 1 month after your surgery. This also includes steam rooms, spas and saunas. The temperature of the water for showering should not be too hot as it may cause infections. It is suggested that the water is soft in terms of temperature.
– Also avoid sunbathing and solarium as there may be problems with staining and pigmentation.
– Avoid sexual intercourse for 1 month after surgery.
– Drink plenty of water! We do not recommend a high salt diet after surgery. High levels of sodium can increase the risk of inflammation, prolonged swelling and slowing of the healing process.
– You should keep the incision areas dry and pay particular attention to your hygiene, do not rely solely on antibiotics. Don’t touch your wounds, scars or tissues with unclean hands.
– No heavy sports, heavy lifting or running for 1 month after your surgery. After one month you can start your cardio exercises.
– It is recommended to take short walks every half hour to help with blood circulation and maintain a high metabolic rate. Sitting with your legs at 90 degrees to the surface for so long can cause blood clots. Move your feet and ankles when sitting. Please wear the socks provided, especially on your return flight.
– Please do not overdose or underdose your prescribed antibiotics.
